Greetings to all:
We are very excited about your participation and support of the 33rd National Veterans' Wheelchair Games. While we have recruited over 1200 volunteers, we need your support to reach our goal of filling 3000 volunteer slots! We hope that you will champion this event and help us get the word out to your family members, friends, social groups and colleagues who may be interested in supporting our Veterans'. We invite you to share information about some of our greatest volunteer needs listed below.
Air Gun Assistant-07/14 and 07/15 218 volunteers needed
Bowling Assistant-07/14 185 volunteers needed
Motor Rally---------07/14 166 volunteers needed
Table Tennis-07/15, 07/16, 07/17 135 volunteers needed
Transportation Assistants (all week) 400 volunteers needed
Set-up and breakdown crew (all week) 400 volunteers needed
If you have not registered for an event, please register today. Your support is needed. If you are in need of your pin number to self-register, please send us an email requesting assistance. Below are some helpful tips to register for various events.

The volunteer registration process involves the following:
- Once the volunteer form has been received, a member of the volunteers committee will process your information and send you an email providing a pin number, instructions, and next steps
- To register for events: Go to https://www.volgistics.com/ex/portal.dll/?FROM=79616 .Enter your login name (the email address you provided on your volunteer application) and your password (your volunteer pin number sent to you via email). You should now be at the VicNet Login web page.
Helpful Hints and Information: Click on the tabs in the Volunteer Information Center.
- My Home Tab – This tab gives you news of general interest to all volunteers and coordinators as well as volunteer stats
- My Schedule Tab: The scheduling feature is used to register for volunteer assignments during the 33rd National Veterans' Wheelchair Games. Click on the Help wanted display to view days and times volunteer help is needed.
- The scheduling tab allows volunteers to view the calendar which indicates the days and times volunteer help is needed.
- Volunteers can click any of the days displayed (July 13-18) to learn more about various volunteer assignments and sign-up.
