Iraq Veterans Memorial - Presentation, Letter and Meeting

Attached is an updated Iraq Veterans Memorial (IVM) presentation and letter.

Mark your calendar, join us, and bring a friend to our next IVM meeting on Monday, July 8th, 6:00PM at the Booz Allen office on the 4th floor, Suite 475, 4890 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL.

Please volunteer with our team leads to help us with the following needs:

Fundraiser Lead: Andrea DeGrange at frauandy2000@yahoo.com

• Help plan and man fundraiser events
  
• Provide content for marketing material
  
• Manage website fundraisers such as Kick Start, Zazzle Merchandise, Brick Sales, etc.

Community Outreach Lead: Brendan Hess at hess_brendan@bah.com

• Help get contact information, call, and schedule presentations
  
• Do presentations to civic groups, businesses, and community leaders 
  
• Find potential sponsors and attendees for the dedication ceremony
  

Event Planner Leads: Vira Dorosh at vdorosh@mail.usf.edu and Richard Garzaro at Garzaro_Richard@bah.com.

• Help plan the dedication ceremony; book a keynote speaker, master of ceremonies, honor guard, etc.
  
• Invite gold star families, honored guests, private sponsors, civic leaders, etc.  
  
• Arrange food & beverages, music, security, program, protocol , advertisement, invitations, parking volunteers, etc.
